5 Things That Can Affect Your Child’s Creativity and Imagination

https://activewordz.wordpress.com/2021/09/13/some-exceptional-classroom-activities-for-kids-with-special-needs/

humans are truly amazing creatures in this universe. From the day first a child learns things, either through observation or experiencing things. A child is so full of curiosity, ideas, and thoughts on life. It is, however, from a very young age, kids are being put in boxes! They are being imposed own experiences and knowledge by their parents and surroundings. They taught how to think and stripped of their creativity. Kids are being perceived by parents from their sides. This is affecting kids’ creativity and curiosity. But if you want to nourish your child’s creativity, there are some guiding points, you can apply to your child’s daily routine and sharpen their learning capacity. Here are 5 things that can affect your child’s creativity:

Encourage curiosity

From the early stage of childhood, every child is very curious. He tries to discover things by himself. He tries even elders forbade him to do so. This is only because of curiosity. Most of the parents don’t let their kids interact with the world. They don’t let them pick things up beneath the sofa. They don’t let them search lost things in the store. They make them scared of dangerous creatures in the store and holes in the corner of the room. Then they try to compensate by giving kids learning books to teach them how an animal’s fur feels, instead of taking them to a zoo. There is a certain amount of caution that should be in any parent’s mind. But don’t stop your kids from discovering the world just because it’s an inconvenience to wash their hands afterward. Let them explore first. Then let them imagine and experience by themselves.

Admire them instead of correcting their imagination

Kids are very imaginative. They don’t know the rationality behind events. They fly in the air, swim in the deep ocean. They play with dinosaurs and fight with dragons. They put themselves in a scenario with such kinds of creatures as they had seen in cartoons or listen to the grandmothers in stories. They name things from their sides. They are always positive about things. If parents or other socializing agents don’t scare them from snakes they would catch them in their hands. It means fear comes from the environment; it may not be naturally built-in. Try to let them grow with their imagination and let them practice. They will experience things by themselves. It is more learning instead of always correcting them verbally.

Give them the chance to see the world

As a human, we learn and experience things in every little interval. We can identify different things even in our room that we don’t focus at. The more we learn things, the more we broaden our views about the world. A child who doesn’t realize importance out of their city or country, he may not be able to see the wonders of the world. Try to realize them other places, other than his surroundings. Travel them around the world, if you don’t have the opportunity or resources, read books or show them documentaries about different cultures, places, languages, and people. These informative things make them creative and resourceful.

give them free choice

Kids play and create the environment by themselves. The majority of the children don’t let you interfere with it. They want you to play with them but according to their wish. If you try to teach them how to play, it kills their imaginations and creativity. Do not impose your experience. Let them play in
their style.
Most of the parents complain that their kids don’t show interest in books. The answer is very simple, for the children, books are like their toys. If you instruct a toddler how to handle books or show them the right way of picking up the pencil. They will never obey you. Let them have handle books or pencils in their way. Children compare their toys with books. In the toys, they have freedom in majority cases but in reading books, they have restrictions and instructions. That’s why they get rid of the things where they feel the imposition.

Lead by example

Creativity is as much an instinct as it is learned behavior. You cant teach your child creativity in things. Every child has his spark and natural tendency towards something. Let your child practice freely. Give time and presence to your child. Be creative and imaginative with them. Make your games and stories etc. be present, it is more important. If you set with your child and you are busy on your mobile or computer. It affects a child’s sense of his job. He will try to copy you. He will never be busy in his games, rather he will try to grab your mobile. If you give them time and attention and show your creativity to them, they will feed off it, and then they will develop their creativity and imagination. The only thing then you need to do, is asking them to explain things that they have done with toys or playing games. This activity may enable them to think more positively about their experiences. Because they feel that you are interested in their games and activities.

Conclusion

Being a parent, you have to work on your patience about kids’ experiences. Your child’s creativity and positive imagination are more important than preserving a better environment. If your child writes on the wall, don’t be angry with them. Get a whiteboard or hang a big piece of paper with the wall. Give them alternatives don’t restrict them in a certain scenario. The biggest influence on children’s behavior is their parents. It starts with you, what are you doing each day to promote their creativity. Provide them an outlet to express themselves. Admire them and interact with them all the time. Give them your presence physically and socially. Your interaction enables them to respond on time. It doesn’t stretch the gap between you and your child.

When she lost her Mom

A story of a little girl

It was a perfectly sunny Sunday morning. Everything looks very attractive. Birds were chirping in the tree. The two little squirrels were running and chasing each other, while their mother was calling them back in the nest. It was worth a scenic moment. She sat under that tree and enjoyed the scene for a long time. Her eyes were full of tears. She was recalling her both daughters when they were four and six years old. They used to play like these little squirrels. Time ago, I used to bring you both here. You were amazing runners and chasers. I don’t remember I and your dad ever chased you both. That was the happy time ever, was it not?

O! Mom, we are here with you as usual. Indeed, it is also a good time. Look! We love you and thus your grandchildren too. No, my love, I am not talking about you. I am worried about Leeza she even doesn’t play games as she used to. She stays calm and cool. She lost all her energies. Do you not think these pets are very sensitive and loving too, with their families? Leeza is missing her mom since she lost her. Mom! I still remember when she was crushed by the car last week. But I cannot vanish Milly's screams that very moment. Milly is still upset about Leeza. Both of them are very sensitive.
By the way, where is Milly? Mom! She is with Cristy across the road. O! right let’s go to join them. Pick the little cat up. I don’t think she is willing to walk. Okay, mom, you go and I can join you all. Darling! Mom and little Leeza are coming through. Then we go for a walk.

Milly is still recalling the tragic crashing scene while sitting across the road. Her eyes were fixed exactly on the accident spot. Bang! A car struck a young 34-year-old lady exactly on the same point where Milly's cat bleed to death. Milly was mixing both the scenes. This time, it was her own mom taking her last breath. It was a quake, after the shock. The moments she did not forget yet. Milly lost a huge shadowing tree.

Though Milly was too young. she was very sensitive and sensible. On her side, she tried to manage her grief very smoothly. Now both Milly and her little sister Molly were being looked after by their grandmother and aunt Cristy. They never let them realized their mom’s absence. Mom’s tragic death tried to vanish her personality. But grandma found her a strong woman of words. Milly used to take her little sister to mom’s grave along with Cristy. She never lost her mom in her dreams. She used to recall her mom’s counseling words when she lost her cat.

Listen to me, my love! We come in order but we go without an order. Every living being has to go back to heaven where he, she came from. Be realistic, my love. Everybody had to die. We only to care and love the other who were being attached to us. It was like the passengers who boarded on the train. Some people come and some leave us on the train. If you had lost your beloved cat, you got its kitten. We lost my dad but I had you and molly.
It is a short imaginary story that covers the life of a little girl, who lost her pet first and then her mom. This loss nearly affects her life very badly. But her strong senses enable her to overcome this tragic loss. It shows a mom has to be very attached to her child and council her child every time.

Writing a Fairy Tale. Step-by-step Guide line

How to Write a Fairy Tale

If you are a good observer and you can imagine scenic dreams. Then pick a pen up and try to create a fairy world. Many modern fairy tales are a mixture of classical tales. No one knows how many stories have been written throughout the ages. These stories might be thousands of thousands. But have you ever thought about snow white, Cinderella, Aladdin and lamp, etc. these stories got fame in the whole world, in any language and culture? We know such kind of stories and characters evolve around us. But the tellers or writers kept them alive in books or visuals. We experience these magical scenes in our lives but a fairy tale writer put them in magically scenes. He attracts our attention toward his characters in an unusual manner. Because all of us dream and we overcome our weakness in our dreams. That’s why all of us like these dreaming scenes and imagine them as of ours.

We are not really sure about the origin of all fairy tales but we can trace most of modern famous tales back in the 15th or 16th centuries. As some writers imagined the story of Cinderella who got married to the king of Egypt back in 7 BC. Even today fairy tales are a huge part of our lives. They teach us important morals, such as accepting others who are different or not talking to strangers and provide motivational tales of beating adversity and hardship.

Instructions

Describe the setting and background.

The start of any magical story should be very attractive aesthetically . You need to very imaginative to create scenes. Very beautiful mountainous, vast meadows represent the dwellings of good character. While gloomy, sorrowful atmosphere represents the evil background. For example, a nice little cottage in a forest is the perfect place to create a cozy, warm feeling. While a gloomy castle might set the scene of a dark, Gothic fairy tale.

Moral lesson

Every story relates a moral lesson to a purpose. Before you start any story, you need to think first about the purpose and that purpose must be supported by a moral lesson. Where The reader can easily understand the scope of the story. By the scope we mean, the objectivity of the story. How the story can be perceived by the reader and that reader imagine the characters of the story as of his surroundings.

Main character

The main character may not be very good in every aspect but he/she may be fancied by the readers. That character will have to be good in dealings. The reader may wish him/her to succeed. The whole story should revolve around that character. For example, the character of jack in the story, “jack and magic beans” is not very good in nature but we all love him and wish him to succeed in the ending. This character is mostly consistent in all actions.

Evil character

There must be an opposite character to the main one. It has some special powers which cause pain to the good character. Both these two characters come face to face, they may conflict the same point. The evil character uses special powers to suppress the good character while the good character tries to compete with him with a positive attitude.

Magical Scene

Design a magical character or object to write into the fairy tale. The magical character can be the evil character but many fairy tales have both good and evil magical characters that work to off-set the other’s influence.

Obstacles or challenges

Identify then, create obstacles and way outs for your good character to face. Whatever the obstacle he faces should seem insurmountable and mostly requires a bit of creativity by your good character and a little magical assistance.

Happy ending

In the end, all obstacles created by the evil must be vanished and your good character should succeed. This is called a happy ending. Your good character should sum up the purpose of the story. He should overcome all the hardships with patience and must be persistent in all his good dealings. In the end, you can write….. “happily, ever after.”
Bonus tips on writing fairy tales
Still, struggling to write a fairy tale? Here are some bonus tips to help you get writing.
1. If you lose inspiration, try reading more fairy tales and then try re-telling these fairy tales in your way.
2. Keep it simple, use language that all age groups can understand and read and avoid using complicated and long sentences.
3. Include words like, “Once upon a time” and “Happily ever after”.
4. Things happen in threes or sevens – It’s a common fairy tale tradition. This could relate to characters, events, or places. For example, the seven dwarfs in snow white or the three little pigs.
5. Send your hero on a quest or journey and show the changes to them on their behavior and personality on the way.
6. Common fairy tales follow the Good vs. Evil story plot.
7. evil characters are mostly punished for their actions and the hero is rewarded in the end in some way.
8. The challenge or obstacle your heroes face must be impossible to overcome without the help of a magical character or some special abilities. For example, only true love could break the beast’s curse in Beauty and The Beast.

A super dog

I was super among all the street dogs. No dog could ever snatch even a single piece of meat or bread from me. all of us use to play and wander around the streets. I was their leader. We used to sit in front of the butcher shop. We walked around the city’s big bins for food. We were in big numbers and that’s why people got scared of our huge number. People often changed their ways whenever we passed through. They had complained about us in the city council and the dogs' control department.

The City council tried to poison us a few times but we escaped. I had a strong sense of drugs. Thus, nobody could ever damage us. They also tried to fire us with guns but luckily due to the huge human population we escaped.

Some of the people were, though, happy with us as well. Because we had to patrol the whole night and made them secure. Nobody could ever dare to get out of their houses at night. Night crimes were reduced too much because of our night patrols.

Time was passing on; our grip was tightened over the area. We used to be active at night and stayed asleep day time. I was a super dog.

These were the last shocking words of him and breathed his last in my arms.

He was not a dog at all. He was a young kid about 9 years old. He might be an unwanted kid of someone. He grew up with street dogs. Nobody ever tried to accept him. Somebody had poisoned the street dogs, where one the dogs had gone mad. He could not survive the wounds and now he was dead.

what is Personification in writing.

https://activewordz.wordpress.com/2021/09/09/what-does-the-fall-of-the-afghan-government-mean-for-europe/
What Is Personification in Writing?

Personification is a concept and taste of figurative language that assigns human traits such as feelings, emotions, and behaviors, objects, animals, or ideas. For example, we have a statement “the story jumped off the page” is an example of personification.
But what is a figurative language?
Basically, when an author uses some words or phrases in an unusual or imaginative manner, in order to elaborate his inner feelings about a specific situation. Where the reader senses the author’s emotions and co-relate his emotions with non-human entities.
Authors often use personification throughout their writing to make a story or statement livelier. Figurative language is a storytelling technique that uses nonliteral phrases to make text and information more interesting and attractive.

What Is the Purpose of Personification in Writing?

Personification elaborates and stretches the demarcations of reality to make literature and poetry more attractive and vivid. Personification can also be used to:

·         Better explain concepts and ideas. Personification explains the concepts or ideas in a precise manner. Where a reader enjoys and easily compares the meaning concepts. The non-human entities are portrayed in such a way that a reader feels that they have the ability to perform like human beings.

·         Forge a deeper connection with the reader. Giving objects, ideas, and animals human qualities makes them instantly relatable to readers. For example, Voiceless voices, the noise of silence.

What Are the Other Types of Figurative Language in Writing?

Figurative language is a writing technique that uses a non-literal description to create a more vivid image, important for writing rich, compelling prose. Here are some of the most widely-used types of figurative language:
·         Simile. A simile is a direct comparison between two things that usually uses the words “like” or “as.” For example, “Black like a crow.”

·         Metaphor. A metaphor is a non-literal hidden comparison that says something is something else. For example, “Our cousin is the black sheep of the family.”

·         IronyThe irony is the contrast expression that signifies the opposite of what appears to be real versus actual reality, in a humorous effect. For example, the police station gets robbed.

·         Hyperbole. A hyperbole is an extreme exaggeration to make a point. For example I have told you to clear the mess a thousand times! It was so cold; I saw polar bears wearing blankets.

Examples of Personification in Literature
:
An analogy is a statement that compares sets of words that are alike in some way. In addition, the words are antonyms-words that have opposite meanings. A test item may begin with a pair such as strong and weak. You must then choose another pair of words with a similar relationship. Since strong and weak are opposites, the second pair of words should also be opposites.
For example, Scissors are to hair as a nail cutter is to nail.

Sometimes colons are used to shorten analogies. A single colon separates the words in each pair, and a double colon separates the two pairs.

For example, “strong is to weak, as young is to old” is shown as;

Strong: weak::young: old

An Allegory:     is a figure of speech in which abstract ideas and principles are described in terms of characters, figures, and events in a story, poem, or picture that can be interpreted to reveal a hidden meaning, typically a moral or political one.
For example, the declaration of former U.S. President George W. Bush was allegorical about a country when he used the term “Axis of Evil”.

Anthropomorphism is the literal portrait of non-human things as having human traits. E.g. An ant working as a doctor, artist, a police officer.

myth:             it is also an example of personification that assign human traits to gods, animals, or supernatural entities. For example, chines assign human traits to dragons, Japanese folklore portrays foxes as highly intellect beings.

Ultimate Guide for Writing Fiction short stories: in Just Three steps.

https://activewordz.wordpress.com/2021/09/09/what-does-the-fall-of-the-afghan-government-mean-for-europe/Ultimate Guide for Writing Fiction:

People often confuse nonfiction short articles with short stories. whereas a short story refers to fiction. They may come in such shapes and sizes.

  • Micro Fiction: up to 350 words
  • Flash Fiction: 500-1,000 words
  • Traditional short story: 1000-5000 words

In a general sense a short story may be sold consisted of 1500 words to 3000 words.
writing a story is an art and creativity of mind. A story writer infuses life in objects. Where the reader flows with the words and their engagements.

Here why I introduced a short guideline.

How to Come Up with Great Short Story Ideas

Writing a short fiction story has no complicated rules or techniques rather it is a well-said sequence of word sentences. So how can we start writing fiction? How can we recognize that we can write?

  • Identify the ignition of an idea.
Almost all fiction revolves around a problem, conflict, good or bad character, or a person. That is the igniting idea that can be put in life.

  • Bring it into life.
Just get your pen and paper and start writing down the first skitch. Do not worry about grammar or spelling mistakes. Only you need to look after your main idea around which the story circulates.

  • Get your characters within your surroundings.
Once you got your first skitch or draft. Now put characters into your draft. Try to engage them. This engagement gives your story order or sequence. That is called a chronological order. You may use dialogue among these characters.

  • Background scene
Once characters start the conversation, skitch some scenic sentences which decorate the background and bring your readers into the original site. Where these characters play their roles.

COVID-19 and Newton

law fo gravitation by Newton:

In these captivated days of Covid19, I had been through law fo gravitation by Newton about a force of attraction amount the objects. I just thought about the law of social distancing among people nowadays. In my opinion it looks similar as the Law of gravitation stated that each object attracts others with a force that is directly proportional to the product of masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the two.

So what is common in them?

The force of Attraction:        COVID-19

Product of masses:          Number of people
Square of distance:          Social Distancing

Therefore, it states that, in the current scenario

Each person attracts other person with a covid19 germ which is directly proportional to the number of people get together and inversely proportional to the social distancing among the crowd.

Why Us?

Autobiography of dying Little Fly

She was recalling all the good memories, family and friends while taking her last breath, she asked why we?

Han! Who was she?

I am talking about a little buzzing fly, who was just passed away with a tragic death along with her whole family and relatives.

She was just a little kid, playing and making fun with friends. These little kids were buzzing around a dust bin full of half-eaten burgers and sandwiches. This dirty dust bin was used to be full of food all the time.

“Dad why these people don’t eat a full meal? If they are not hungry, they shouldn’t get the stuff, just to throw ‘em away”, agitated little fly said.

No! my little doll. These people are good, they leave ‘em for us and other creatures.

So, if so. Why they used to blame us for all kinds of diseases. Said little ponytailed fly.

O My doll! We have to do, what has to be put on us from our God. We are made responsible to buzz around the dirt. We have to transmit parasites or bacteria that may cause various infections in them. If they have the problem, they must have to clear the dirt first, not blame us, because these parasites or bacterias might be good for them.

Little the kid left with her friends to play by the bin. They were enjoying themselves and making fun of little Beatles, mosquitoes, ants, and other bugs.

“Away, away, fly away; behind you, all”, cried, dad.
No heed to the warning.

A dense smoke covered the whole area by the bin. The time which cleared the smoke also made the playground silent. It was an insecticide spray by Waste management and pest control.

Dad rushed towards the kids, but all in vain. It was too late now. Dad took his little angei in his arms and now she was taking her last breaths.

Dad! What we had caused to them. Why us?
No…No… you will be all right. I swear, I swear

Reward

It was the smog that made the sky gloomy. People were walking and moving around aimlessly but also without any conversation with each other. Some shopkeepers were merchandising their stuff but most of the shops were closed. Something happened very drastically and dreadfully.
A very long sluggish que was marching towards a civil building. People were waiting for there turn. Those who came out of the building were satisfied but didn’t show any happiness. No one was seen talking to others while in que or after departure. It means they were hiding something from each other because they might know one another.

Next! Your turn, please, sir.

Khushal, Khushal…M.M.Mohammad Khushal: my name:

Yes. Mr. Khushal how are you?

How should I be? You might know mine and others’ too.

Any way. Could you please, fill-up the form and signed it back to me. thanks
Yes, please, sure. I will.

Five minutes later…..

Mr. Khushal! You know? How much amount had you mentioned in your form?
Yes, I knew and I am sure to claim it back, as I had lost.

“Mr. Khushal you looked very needy and helpless where Govt. and even nobody knows your financial status. I think you should claim as others claimed. I know about them that all of them are fraudulent, they filled their exaggerated amounts”, explained the officer.

No heed to greed.

You knew sir, why all of us were here? All of them became penniless while they were millionaires, while ago. I was afraid if I claimed more than the real amount. I might lose everything in “Akhirah”. As most of them lost now.

No sir. That’s my claim. Rs 45000 only. Thanks. Left the building.
We will contact you soon. Thanks

Scene back.

185 days ago, due to the outbreak of pandemic disease, the world economy crashed. Banks, corporations, small businesses, and even some States collapsed. Most people lost their lives against the disease, while a huge number killed in clashes due to scarcity of food.  Some groups of people started plundering shops and stocks. Govt. decided to compensate the affected masses.

By the road island, a car snatcher lost his balance while fleeing from and struck Mr. Khushal and left him dead.
After 18 days of the accident, Mr. Khushal’s wife received a cheque of Rs 4.5 million as the officer rewarded Mr. Khushal because of his truthfulness and transparency. He never lost his Akhirah but also his family received a good reward for his honesty.

The revenge of cockroach

The revenge of cockroach:

Hey! I warned you hundreds of times, do not leave your food uncovered. Thousands of creepy crawlies around here.

Ah! Again. I am not going to die.

No heed to protest.

Mouth wide open, chomp, chomp.

Ahh! What was that, stated belching. Water! Please, water….

Call the ambulance…

Tun...Tun...Tun.…. Now he is in ICU and in very serious condition.

A couple of Hours earlier………………...

O! boss will kill me this time, Fwoosh…... sprayed the last bin.

Among the thousands of the dead creepy crawlies, the little world of the cockroach has also vanished.
“I swear to God. I am going to take the revenge right now, before your soul reaches heaven,” cockroach takes the oath of revenge.

Cockroach knew the killer. He used to visit the killer’s office and cupboard daily. He equipped himself with deadly poison by one of the bins outside the medical laboratory and a decomposed dead cat. He followed the man and got him in a couple of hours. Cockroach rushed quickly towards the cupboard and found his lunch uncovered. He decided to take revenge by committing suicide.
Now finally, cockroach succeeded to get inside the hamburger and infected the food as he could. He stayed there until his death.

Son! I am coming. I took revenge.

Chomp...Chomp...Chomp...

Cockroach chewed in pieces. He took the revenge finally.

Adventure of a Currency Note

I solemnly confess today all my sins, where I had involved directly or indirectly. Although I am not too much aged, I had done many good deeds too. But I know my sins are more than my virtues. I am going to tell you my adventure before I could be thrown into a fire. believe me, this time I am not guilty.

Fire is ready, sir!

18 months ago. I heard street noise for the first time but I was locked up in a bag along with my other relatives. I could not see anything until our bag was opened. He put us on a table and started counting.

Aw! I nuzzled his fingers. Bad smell…

Anyway I had been shifted to Cash machine, from where I could start my adventure.

Tun...Tun...Tun...Tun. I was out, now. I could feel a very descent fragrance of her. She put me down in her handbag straight away. I was very desperate to see her soon. I met her lipstick, nail polish, tweezer, keys, a branded phone, and lots of things. They were very happy there. I wished too, to stay there with her. After a while of justling, I heard a very noisy crowd.

“Listen class the first prize goes to Bla Bla Bla…. “, announced by the teacher.

She mercilessly took me out of her bag.

A prize of Rs 100 for ….

What is my name….Rs 100?

Meanwhile she raised me in air and kissed me. I lost my name again. She introduced me to her other friends. It was heaven. She used to keep me in her diary.

O, God! Heaven; until I was kidnaped by her little brother. Stupid the boy strangled me hard and handed me to ice cream vendor.

Bad days started. I could not let you know in detail but my services were used in kidnapping, murder, bribery, charity, etc. In short, I had been thrown into the criminal world and I did what I had to do. I used to be in the hands of the criminals always. They kissed me whenever I met them after any crime.

I don’t why they could not stop their laughter after seeing me.

One day, luckily I was slipped off his hand. I sighed deeply and thanked my Lord. A kid put me up and then decided to put me into a charity box nearby. I felt peace and harmony there.

Some days later, a man in a safety kit rushed towards us. He reported us to be COVID-19 infected.

We were taken in very high profiled security and got ready to be burnt.

Here, I did nothing. I swear.

But no heed to Appeal.
